week of 11/16-11/19

General Science- Computer work and film on hazards of space flight, moon and mars colonies, and terra forming.

Physical science- finishing ch on elements, "turn a penny into gold" lab, correcting chapter questions and extra credit shetts- opportunity on monday or tuesday 11/23 or 24.

Chemistry- finish ch 4, start ch 5- some worksheets, and finish lab write ups

STEM- Single sheet paper airplanes! tests starting thurs on accuracy, distance, hang time and coolness. new tasks next week.

For the week of 11/9-13

General Science- We ahve finished ch 24. Next week(s): problems with space flight, moon colony, mars colony, terraforming mars, and....aliens?

Physical Science- Complete penny/radiation lab, Continue on with Ch. 19.

Chemistry- Finish Ch 4 and handout.

STEM- Finish Mythical beast study- then...??

Science updates 11/4

General Science- Chpt 23 questions, Ch 23 Test done, Ch 24 assignment due Friday, 11/6. Any extra credit (ch 24 question, vocab, etc) due by Friday, 11/6.

Physical Science- Ch. 17 questions, Ch 17 Test done, Ch 18 assignment due Thursday 11/5. Penny/isotope lab Friday 11/6. All late work and extra credit due Friday.

Chemistry- Ch 3 questions and Test done- started Ch. 4, handout due next week, Fe Cu molar tango lab done, writeups due, (molar gas lab ready to go, but may postpone).

STEM- Working on Mythical Beast analysis. Initial findings due Wed- plan for further research Thurs. Mr. Pointer in on Thurs, resume research Friday in computer lab.
